All recounts/audits must maintain the following conditions:

1) Be bipartisan

2) Chain of custody must be maintained at all times.

Huge 55 gallon wastebaskets adjacent to the counts seems like it could be a problem. "Testing" them for bamboo fibers may be a problem. Handing each "auditor" a black and blue pen may be a problem. Driving them out to some shack in the woods with no witnesses, seems a bit shady, yah.

 

Watch how their tunes will change if the audit reveals no significant fraud.
