Ricter is such a weasel. He thinks he is safe not being down wind from Seattle. Things will start going to shit in a hand basket pretty quickly next year. It's not just Obama but the Senate, too. You won't have to wait long to see things start falling into place. Obama promised that we haven't seen anything yet. And, we know he doesn't need law out of Congress. He has no problem circumventing the Constitution by declaring executive order or department directive. We've seen it already. Just look at the EPA, Energy Department, Justice Department and his Dream Act EO. Who has challenged him on these? No one. The path is clear. We've seen Obama's intent, we've seen the vote from the parasites and we all know where this is going. But unlike the lefties here, one just has to use a little intelligence to connect the dots.
