I've got something which would work very well with this guidance. Getting out of my own way is the hardest part. I get the trend right nearly all the time. I've put filters in my system which have got rid of the vast majority of trades which weren't clear. Staying in is now the hard part, even though the initial entry is usually very good. This is mostly psychological (cutting profits/risk aversion) but I need to improve my system by having better calculation of the trend strength on higher timelines. Working out the optimum exit is the hard part. I recognise some of my journey in your posts though you are clearly much further ahead. I see enough to know there's something here though. Well done for persisting, you've earned it.
