Just one pair. It's a spread trade. You are matching the strongest currency against the weakest.

  3. IYZ (Telecom Sector) had a short term negative confirm tonight. It had a MAD last Thursday and looks a little peaked in all numbers.

XLF (Financial Sector) was one of only two sectors that had a +2 tonight. It turned short term positive on 11/20 and the 30 day followed on the 21st. It had a MAU on Friday and also had another 52 week high today. But, the 5 day rolling is a 10! Historically it rests in place for a breather here.

  5. GLD (Spyder Gold Trust) Short term NL confirmed positive today and that’s the first since mid June – and, that one was short lived and didn't really go anywhere. It’s also working off a great many negative numbers from the 30 day (currently at -5) and pierced my MAU at 118.71. Shan’s 5 day change is only a 3 so there are potential extremes to be had.

XLF (Financial Sector) continues to show strength with the 5 day at 11; monthly at 11 and 30 day at 17.

XLP (Consumer Staples) is not really participating. Short term negative.

Strong weekly A up for me. I wouldn't short it at least for a while :)

Gold is still not interesting. Every product has an opportunity cost. There are better things out there to be focusing on right now like the Yen complex, the grain complex, even cotton and coco.

I have some reversal patterns (and W A downs) in financials I think it could be interesting short (XLF for example) for today if you believe markets is going down at least for a while. Number lines are rather good so need to keep that in mind and be careful :) Anyone is watching that?

Financials are my strongest sector right now. Funny because every analyst out there thinks the banks will get crushed if over-levered O&G exploration companies start to default
