  1. i'd like to see how many of the ACD factors you have included.. In the book there is a 30 day look back deal.. and a few other things i want to review.. obviously most variables include the actual hours that dictate the opening range.. but you follow

I have a daily study and a monthly study.
The daily study - uses a programmable open time, close time,
and also a programmable open range time (5m, 15m etc)
and a programmable lookback - ie. 8day, 10day ATR etc.

You would have to put in your favorite OR time, Market open/close time and ATR lookback time.

It will draw Aup/Adn and Target lines Up/Dn with the information.
You would also have to set up the chart to use or not use Extended session information - based on your own preference and what instrument is being studied.

Trying to post the study here ... as an attachment ...
    Enjoy!

Please put your own variables for all the relevant ingredients to customize this into your particular flavor of ACD.

In particular - OR, Open time, close time, Aup/Dn fraction, Target fraction etc.

Rename this file to have a .ts extension and import into TOS.

BTW, I'm thinking of trying something new here. In an effort to compartmentalize ACD, I'm thinking of starting separate ACD threads under various product categories. I would start with ACD FX under the FX forum. That thread would focus only on FX and ACD. Then maybe a thread in the energy forum, metals, stocks, etc. This way one can follow just the products they are interested in following and this thread will stay more for general ACD questions. What do you guys think?

my only concern is stretching the participants too thin and it may not remain active, but it's worth a try.
