Nat gas My system has been riding nat gas long since October 1st, meanwhile the numberlines for nat gas are pointing nowhere
Fundamental question on ACD for anyone with insights: Since time confirmation is a key part of the entry, why isn't time confirmation used on the exit/stop?
There is a time stop and the hard stop. Hard stop should not be delayed by time as it defines your max risk per trade. You want your max loss to be predictable and max win undefined.
Feels like equities have bottomed. After the WSJ tariff/Apple news last night I was sure we'd be 200 points lower on the Nasdaq. That we finished in the green is very impressive.
Feels like CL has bottomed as well. It retested today and got rejected hard. Tomorrow will tell alot. It you traded a pure ACD system today on CL you had a legit A up. Then a sweet C down. If you werent greedy you got paid on both.
Yea haven't been following commodities that much but seems like more bad news good action going on in CL right? The only thing that has me semi concerned is the low volume across the board. Not really an ACD thing but concerning none the less.
The low participation is troubling and its why I have no faith in the rebound in the indexes. The participation in CL has been a little better. The ACD macros on both YM, ES, and NQ are looking better and back into the plus category (not yet +9 tho). I will be looking for a short on the Russell. On the daily I see a double fail to the upside with a triangle forming. If the Russell makes an A down and breaks lower I will probably put a short on at 1488 hoping to catch some longs who think RTY should be behaving like the other indexes.
