Any options that might be interesting from a risk reward standpoint, energy gold equities There is a element of accountability when a few risk managers ask questions about your position.... makes a person actually think about what they will "ask" while formulating the position around the bias or idea/trade
I'm not sure you understand how prop firms work today. Most prop firms are very quantitative and approach the markets from a strict data orthodoxy. If you simply want leverage, honestly futures offer more leverage then quite frankly they really should.
Its been proven machines are not outpacing humans..... google it.... its all BS and figuring the best risk reward relative to portfolio doesn't require ACD or indicators , it requires some thought and risk management I.E. risk reward relative to position and cash
Trilogic, what I'm trying to tell you is that is not what prop firms do. So if you want to work for one, it's generally accepted that you have to do what they want you to do, not the inverse. This is not an argument, I'm just telling you how they function.
Thanks, understood Let them bleed for a few years then maybe tide will turn and we can get back to basics
All seriousness, what your relationship with this site, does it haven anything to do with activity/posts and valuation ?
Basics= VAR Bleeding means, matter of time that technology will no longer enable easy money from speed etc
Oh. I my understanding of the "basics" means being able to perceive change and then act upon it by taking a position, with the belief that the pressure will last long enough for me to unwind that position at a profit. If the machine can do it better and faster, I don't desire to play that way. Inference is still better done by humans.
