How many do you track? Or do you just track broad indexes and then if there is a signal...look deeper down into the individual stocks?
I track as much as I can, but I am trying to really find what drives what. Its all about identifying marginal change as Master Mav says Funny last week I popped into a local prop shop for a chat with the guys there. I told them I thought Gold was acting very strong compared to everything else but I got the feeling it kind of fell on deaf ears.... Looking at Gold lately a few of them wished they listened. I guess the more you watch this stuff the better you get.
Yea, I'm sure they were so distraught for not listening to your Gold call they all decided to get out of the biz...or maybe they are so focused on making money in CL,ES, Zn.
Quite true never thought of that... BTW I was not making a Gold call, just merely telling them my observation, just as you have done here.
The real return on the Yen is very high. In about a week, JGB holders have made 7% on their money vs the dollar. Not even the FANG stocks generate that kind of return.
R has over 7,000 data packages you can download. And they are all FREE!!!!!!!!! Written by some of the smartest people in the world. Did I mention they were free?
for those interested in grains.... corn came within a whiff of its monthly A-down today. Wheat did as well, and in conjunction with coming to contract lows I'm fairly sure. If not, was very close to contract lows
