Bla bla bla. Providing food to women and kids (plus Intel benefits) makes ultra-con Jews feel just so annoyed, and a piece of shit from Tennessee sympathises.

You clearly skipped the part where 90% of the aid that was supposed to go to "kids and women for food" went instead to Hamas and weaponry. And then the stuff about Hezbollah and ISIS, etc. All the women and children that are part of Hezbollah, I guess, were robbed.

But don't let me get in way of your "often wrong, but never in doubt" approach.

  4. Tuxan sides with anything that is either violent, lazy, or anti American. He is a typical victim hustler.

Safe to say every human organization has some waste. The question is, what is the cost benefit of rooting it all out? And I do mean to say "all", because the assertion is that USAID is an "absolute" scam.

  6. The Democrats use compassion as a tool to win funding from government programs while scheming to steal and divert many of those funds. Thats what the liberals do. It's fake compassion. They are more profit driven than any wealthy Republican, thats for sure.
Elizabeth Warren, Nancy Pelosi, Stacy Abrams all come to mind when it comes to scamming the American people.

If 50% of the dollars are wasted and/or corruptly doled out, then yeah, it's an absolute scam. You can be pedantic if you'd like, doesn't bother me at all. But if half of the dollars - or a preponderance of them - are misused, then yeah, it's a scam. And I'm being generous, because if any other charity out there was shown to have, say 25%, of such behavior, they'd be branded a scam as well.
