Landlords love lower interest payments on mortgages. Landlords buy more properties, raise house prices and rents. Genuine home buyers can't compete against moneyed landlords and get squeezed out. The easier to service mortgages, the more investors, the more landlord competition, on and on it goes. As house prices rise, rates rise proportionally. Sheeple think easy money and cheap mortgages are gonna save them. The only people being saved is gummint and Landlords because it's sheeple at the bottom who are paying. Landlords and gummint benefit from rising house prices. Sheep who sell their expensive house to buy another expensive house don't benefit.

Frequently defended you when all your past usernames were attacked, when you were banned (each time), I always said what a smart and intelligent guy you were - and I meant it. Never piled on. We made a bet once, and I lost, and paid what I lost quickly. We talked about guns (an interest we share). Your desire to just hate people because they have a different political view, to rage about their comments that aren't to you, to challenge people to personal confrontations (telling them you'll meet them anywhere to beat the shit out of them)....does this strike you as a balanced approach to life? Would you, if you were looking from the outside, think someone who behaves like this is mentally balanced? I'm asking honestly. Do you just hate Trump so much that you're willing to pick fights with anyone, anywhere, regardless of how little you know about them or how much they've tried to be at peace with you? Never once did I criticize you until the last few days, when you just can't stop your diarrhea of the mouth. Think about the individual you are. You've done so much with your life (from what you claim, and I believe you) and you let this anger and rage boil up and consume your life - all because you can't tolerate that people have a different opinion than you. And look at the folks you're willingly in the boat with. You see idiots like Tuxan, whom you'd totally go off on in any other medium when you saw such nonsense over and over again, but because his political views align with yours, you let it go. Politics run your life. Think about what your life would be like if you didn't get so mad at so much. It's not delusional at all, if he can somehow manage to cut enough AND Trump can put the US on a sustainable fiscal path going forward. Now, you might argue that doing that is impossible, but let's try. What's the downside to trying?
