The 3 biggest mistakes people make on RISK

This happens because of greed. People trade impractically just because of the greed to earn more and more, which gradually brings only losses.

 

The most important thing is to determine the risk to reward ratio for me.

I agree. Greed can lead you to never ending losses. We must abstain from being greedy.

 

Mistakes are really quite common, and surprisingly we make them very often.

 

True. We should rather learn from them and make sure they never happen again. At one stage one can't afford to make silly mistakes.

 

You are right, we must learn from our mistakes.Else there is no point trading.

 

Correct. But one can learn some lessons in life only when he falls. However we must try to avoid those mistakes from happening again and again.

 

And greed eventually leads to revenge trading which is definitely not a good sign.
