Chris Matthews: "We have our knives out," Matthews said, admitting his network is trying their best to defend Obama and his policies. "We go after the people and the facts. What was he doing tonight? He went in their disarmed."

I love it. The liberals are fuming. I'll have to see in the morning how many of the liberal pundits have strokes or heart attacks tonight.

  4. Clear victory for Romney. He wins on points, but no TKO. Watching MSNBC afterwards, they are clearly frustrated. Obama has a real big problem he didn't have 4 years ago. He now has a record. No more high minded ideas to spin. Now there are facts and Romney cut him up pretty bad with those facts tonight.
What it means? Expect the Obama surrogates in the media to get really, really ugly. Gloves came off tonight. It's a bare knuckle brawl from here on out. Frankly, I didn't think Romney had it in him. He was quite impressive.

  6. Only a loser could watch a debate between two complete fucking pathological liars and conclude that one of them won.
    Sheer lunatics.
2 losers. Pick one. He's still a loser. And you are an idiot for pretending like you are making a difference.

Mitt did not get a knockout.
    He needed one.
Obama got in some good punches in pointing out that Mitt couldn't explain any details in a few areas.
Obama needs to work on keeping more of a straight face.
I thought Jim Lehrer did a reasonably good job.
Some of you need to get a grip, settle down, and face some reality.

  9. you really need to stop with this bs.. I don't really like Romney but i will be voting for him. I would take Ron Paul in a heartbeat over either of these guys BUT in reality, he has NO CHANCE. I do think that Romney's basic ideas are workable, the world didn't end yet, America CAN get back on track and it starts with a Romney win.

I wish I could agree, brother Piggy.
But, even if you are right, indeed, in this race, Romney is the better choice.
