I listen to music. Nice, smooth, rhythmic music. Like Bone Thugs n Harmony - Notorious THugs, or Exsctacy.

No hardcore metal rap or other bullshit where there's no rhythm or flow to it.

I noticed that when i get in the "flow" mentally, i tended to corretcly "anticipate" moves in the ES.

  3. My gosh...........Eureka, I have found the problem with my trading.

I use a 90 min chart and it always feels like I am two minutes late.

  7. If you can balance a checkbook and observe 40,000 15 min bars in real time, I can nearly guarantee you will be successful.

  10. Damn, I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I assume you refer to ES on the 17th, and I see nothing using a 15-minute chart. I trade NQ using a much, much shorter time frame, so perhaps I am out of my depth. To my simple mind, a 15-minute time frame for intraday trading is akin to using mittens to tie shoelaces. Not that I expect you to tell me or anyone else, but I would love to know what the heck you see in that Rorschach-esque 15-minute ES chart on the 17th.
