Yes it did. The first 15 minutes largely overlapped so chances were higher there would be 2-sided trading. Here we are almost 30min to the close and I see a trading range below a trading range. The move down was after a BO failure.

 

I've noticed some 'pros' doing that here every day. I put one of then on ignore today.
