I would just like to express my satisfaction with Thinkorswim's customer service. They take responsibility in situations that the responsibility could have gone either way (e.g. in trigger orders), and I have seen already 2-3 times how they have done that without hesitation. IMO, this allows customers to be more active or aggressive in their trading, and definitely has benefited TOS.
but I heard they blew their autotraders again. anybody subscribe to their RedOptions autotrade strategies? Can you update us on the results?
I don't know anything about the topic you mentioned, but would have a hard time to believe they would act against their customers (dumb for any company, but that's for sure unlike TOS)
