thank god for the Pattern Daytrade Rule

In a cash account, trading index options 1 round turn per day. Options settle the next day, unlike stocks.

 

I daytrade with less than 25k

 

Just go to an offshore brokerage or put up some money at a prop firm.

 

And who would have been at fault?

 

How can one be a "good" trader for 5 years and only have 10k capital ?
