TEXAS & the 10th AMENDEMENT!

  1. Well of course......Reid, Pelosi are just idiots plain and simple. Barney Frank has got some intelligence but he goes off the deep end with the rest of them. It has really become comical. Wasn't McCain in a slight lead until the financial crisis hit? I don't know but it seemed that way.

  5. What I mean is now that the Democrats have been exposed for all to see what they truly are then one has to understand that this is the type of shit Bush had to deal with from day one.

Democrats can't hide now as before and blame it all Bush which is why their actions are more visible now. Before they were not covered and it was all focused on Bush.

The whole energy behind Democrats was "Hate Bush", eight straight years of it... now they don't have that anymore. Obama is the new Bush but with the media generally acting as PR Agents for him... Bush could do great and be viewed as a failure, Obama can do horrible and be viewed as OK...

Boycott the liberal media!! They are guilty of journalistic malpractice at the very least and pure mind manipulation in reality. Never pay for a liberal rag newspaper, I've had that policy for decades, never could stomach that garbage they spew out... don't support their advertisers when possible...

And forget partisan politics, what we need is to quit worrying about economics and fight to get our rights back. The Judiciary tramples people all the time, the police confiscate property without due process... they can be stopped. I know two guys that have gotten so many judges and prosecutors and bureaucrats fired in a couple of California towns that it makes me laugh to think about it... they had juice with the Bush white house though, I don't know how they are doing currently...

Eight, while I dislike CNN and MSNBC, Fox News is one of the primary reasons the GOP went south. FNC makes the primary actors in the GOP that much stronger - social conservatives, military conservatives, ect. Remember the 2000 primary? Bush Jr was practically ordained.

Even though CNN was and had been liberal for many years, Fox news has been a net negative for this country. Now we have a completly partisan and political 4th estate. People depend on the press to get their news and when each cable network becomes the mouthpiece for a political party establishment it hurts those who actually fight for all the sort of things that are unpopular but good about this country - like the Constitution.

  10. I think Rick Perry is already backing off what was an incredibly irresponsible statement.

I hate what Obama's economic team is doing as much as any die hard conservative or libertarian, trust me - but to whine and moan about it, and threaten to secede from the country is over the top drama queen stuff.

You have to stick with your team when times are bad as well as good.

I'd have thought Texans would have thought of themselves as part of the team.
