"The Texas Tribune" a left wing funded online-only site spewing incorrect editorial nonsense while begging the readers to donate... that was founded by a left-wing venture capitalist who funds Democratic politics. Fine source you have there.

I'm sure this will get the same press coverage TEXAS ADMITS ERRORS IN ILLEGAL VOTER REPORT OF 95,000, CLAIMS IT’S NOW MUCH LOWER https://www.newsweek.com/texas-admit...-lower-1314121 As the list began circulating around Texas' 254 counties, red flags popped up on those who were flagged. One by one, and then by the hundreds, and then thousands, the original number began dwindling. The governor disregarded the inaccuracy, but still called for a quick correction to the state’s voting rolls. “This is what you would categorize as a process, a work [in progress]," Abbott said reports the Texas Tribune. "They’ll get it right, but I do want to be emphatic: It is essential that the secretary of state, [the Department of Public Safety], counties, anybody with any authority over this whatsoever work collaboratively and swiftly together to make sure our voter rolls are accurate, to ensure integrity in the election process.” At a news conference Thursday, Abbott acknowledged the original list of 95,000 as a “weak match,” and that state officials will continue to work removing those who don’t have “legal authority” to vote. "They were clear that it was a weak match, and they were reaching out to counties saying, ‘Listen, this isn’t a hard-and-fast list," Abbott said. "This is a list that we need to work on together to make sure that those who do not have the legal authority to vote are not going to be able to vote." The errant report could have resulted in massive erasure of names from voting rolls, especially in larger communities. In Houston, the original report called for the removal of about 18,000 voters. The new report is only 40 percent of that number. In Williamson County, an affluent suburb north of Austin, voting officials were told to remove 2,033 names, but it has since been cut in half as those voters were identified as naturalized citizens. In Waco, the entire list of 366 voters was tossed out because none of their citizenship statuses were actually in question. Doc had but three redeeming traits. One was his courage; he was afraid of nothing on Earth. The second was the one commendable principal in his code of life, sterling loyalty to friends. The third was his affection for Wyatt Earp. https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...8500644dc98_story.html?utm_term=.088d85949480 Inaccurate claims of noncitizen voting in Texas reflect a growing trend in Republican states Local officials in Texas quickly realized many of the names they were sent belonged to naturalized citizens. El Paso’s list included a woman who works at the elections office and whose colleagues threw her a naturalization party at the office when she became a citizen in 2017, the Texas Tribune reported last week. In Galveston, election administrators removed duplicates before sending a first batch of letters to 92 of the approximately 830 people listed as noncitizens. Then the Secretary of State’s office called to tell them there were problems with the list. It turned out 64 of those 92 voters were citizens. That story played out in counties across Texas, with state officials calling the county election administration to remove thousands of names from the original list. McLennan County, home to Waco, was told to disregard all 366 names originally sent. How many suspected noncitizen voters remain on the statewide list is unknown.
An audit of the voting rolls needs to be done for all states. A purge of dead people and illegals will go a long way to restoring credibility to our elections. Democrat election officials will not cooperate like in California but, if we start with states with Republican majorities, we can finally, start to clean up this mess of mass election fraud! I think a lot of fraud happened in the midterm elections but, only an audit of who actually, voted will prove it!
Trump already tried this and gave up after some pushback. Letting illegals vote is the best thing the dems have going for them and they aren't about to go along with anything that threatens it. Open borders, amnesty and no voter ID requirements, who supports that?
We probably, can start with Republican states with Republican majorities. Judicial Watch has been filing lawsuits and fighting election fraud too! Will continue to support them! I urge everyone to support them! It cost monies to file all those lawsuits to ferret out the truth!
"Liberals" have never claimed that there is absolutely no voter fraud due to voter registration procedures. What they claim is that it is insignificant, except in rare cases where the final result hinges on a few votes. You've just cited figures suggesting a voter fraud rate of 0.03% , on average, over the past 22 years in Texas. No one in their right mind, based on the information in the article, would claim this is a significant Problem in Texas voter registration. Perhaps you should spend more time with Encyclopedia Britannica, and less time watching Kellyanne Conway on Fox News. * ____________________ *Some peoples IQs match their shoe size. There has never been a proper investigation of illegal voting performed in Texas or any other state. Finally the federal Attorney in eastern North Carolina is stepping up to do a proper investigation but Democrats in our state are doing everything to block him. First they convicted 19 illegal voters, now they about to indict another 789 illegal voters. And the investigation is just starting. https://www.elitetrader.com/et/thre...rs-to-be-prosecuted-in-north-carolina.329572/ Don't tell me there is no voter fraud when voter fraud has never been properly investigated. It is long overdue that every state investigate wholesale voter fraud and start prosecuting people who voted illegally.
I'm just stating a fact based on what the Texas Attorney General has reported. The amount of voter fraud, on average, over the past 22 years in Texas due to fraudulent voter registration is three illegal votes per each ten thousand votes! That is not significant! Now if the reports are true of the Attorney General's numbers being significantly higher than they actually are, then the number of fraudulent voters per 10,000, in Texas over the past 22 years is significantly less than 3 votes per ten thousand votes. Lets use the actual data; not some gee whiz headline from Fox news. The Attorney Generals data backs up very well what those who are fighting against Republican attempts to make it harder to register have been saying. viz., there is no significant voter fraud due to the registration method. There are other avenues for voter fraud , but there is zero evidence so far that Republican initiatives to make it less convenient to register in districts and among constituents disproportionately unfriendly to their message can be justified on the basis of significant voter fraud via registration. Furthermore there is no statistical evidence that would support making registration less convenient based on the incidence of voter fraud. You show me any data that refutes that conclusion and i will change my mind. You haven't shown any yet! And it is pointless to go on discussing a non-existent problem. Lets discuss instead policies where there can be a legitimate disagreement.
So you are quoting percentages over something that has NEVER been properly investigated. The Federal Attorneys should step up and comprehensively investigate voter fraud in every state and appropriately indict the individuals found undermining the integrity of our election system. The Federal Attorney in North Carolina was able to find nearly 1000 illegal voters easily by simply looking through basic online public records and social media (Today's hint - if you vote illegally don't brag about it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter - someone may get upset & turn you in). Imagine how many illegal voters will be found when the entire database of 7 million voters in 44 counties is properly examined.
