TSA Thug Grabs Crotch of Wounded Vet Two injured US military veterans traveling to a ceremony to honor the lives of fallen friends who gave their lives to protect the rights enshrined in the Constitution were harassed by TSA thugs, with one of them having his crotch grabbed, according to David Bellow, an Army National Guardsman and a State Republican Executive Committeeman. âOne of the wounded warriors, a friend of mine who personally told me what happened, has bullet fragments in his leg. The other wounded warrior has shrapnel in his face,â wrote Bellow on the Texas GOP Vote website. The TSA agents responded to the men having set off metal detectors by interrogating them about what they were hiding in their bodies. âWhat are you hiding in your face?â screamed one. âMy friend told me that one TSA agent came up to him and asked what he was hiding in his leg, but before my friend could answer he said that the TSA agent grabbed him, without notice, right in the crotch area as if trying to find something hidden,â writes Bellow. Financial Terrorism: TSA Holds Texas Flights Hostage Paul Joseph Watson Infowars.com May 25, 2011 An astounding Department of Justice threat to cancel airline flights to and from Texas, in addition to underhanded lobbying by TSA representatives, has killed efforts in the state to pass HB 1937, a bill that would have made invasive pat downs by TSA agents a felony. HB 1937, a bill that would have made it âA criminal act for security personnel to touch a personâs private areas without probable cause as a condition of travel or as a condition of entry into a public place,â was headed for an imminent Senate vote in Texas having already passed the House unanimously 138-0, before the federal government stepped in to nix the legislation. In a letter sent to Texas lawmakers, including to Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, Speaker Joe Straus, the House Clerk, and the Senate Secretary, U.S. Attorney John E. Murphy threatened to cripple the airline industry in the state if legislators did not back down. âIf HR [sic] 1937 were enacted, the federal government would likely seek an emergency stay of the statute,â Murphy wrote. âUnless or until such a stay were granted, TSA would likely be required to cancel any flight or series of flights for which it could not ensure the safety of passengers and crew.â âWe urge that you consider the ramifications of this bill before casting your vote,â Murphy added. The fact that Murphy canât even get the name of the bill correct is almost as disconcerting as the rampant mafia-like attitude of the DOJ in using de facto economic terrorism to shoot down the legislation. Following a fiery debate in the Texas House last night, Senate sponsor Dan Patrick (R-Houston) pulled the bill, remarking that TSA representatives had been âlobbyingâ the Texas Senate in an effort to mothball the legislation. âI will pull HB 1937 down, but I will stand for Liberty in the state of Texas,â Patrick said. Patrick added that TSA officials had warned him passing the bill âcould close down all the airports in Texas,â which he regarded as a âheavy handed threatâ by the federal government. The staff of Rep. David Simpson said the DOJ had âthrown down the gauntletâ in using such stark language to oppose the bill. âEither Texas backs off and continues to let government employees fondle innocent women, children and men as a condition of travel,â the staff wrote, âor the TSA [Transportation Safety Administration] has the authority to cancel flights or series of flights.â â⦠97 percent of people who go though the nationâs airports do not go through these offensive searches. And yet, a United States Attorney warns that flights to Texas could be shut down because TSA would not be able to ensure the safety of passengers and crew if agents could not touch genitals. Someone must make a stand against the atrocities of our government agents â¦â In a point by point refutation of the DOJ letter, Simpson compared the battle against the TSA to the Texas revolutionary war against Mexico, writing, âGentlemen, we find ourselves at such a watershed moment today. The federal government is attempting to deprive the citizens of Texas of their constitutional rights under the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 9, of the Texas Constitution. If we do not stand up for our citizens in the face of this depravation of their personal rights and dignity, who will?â The fact that the Department of Justice and the TSA have resorted to threats of economic terrorism in addition to underhanded lobbying techniques again illustrates the fact that the federal government is increasingly behaving like a criminal enterprise with total disregard for the Constitution. The TSAâs initial response to HB 1937 was to claim that it could not become law because it violated the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article. VI. Clause 2), a law that the TSA claimed âprevents states from regulating the federal government.â In reality, this was a complete fabrication. âThe statement is false. Even if you merely frown or display any other negative facial expression at the prospect of having your private areas frisked by a uniformed government employee, you will be considered irregular. The agency has now deployed dozens of âbehavioral indicator officersâ at 161 airports across the nation, trained to âSPOTâ (Screening Passengers by Observation Technique) dissenters. The TSA states: âBehavior detection officers are screening passengers for involuntary physical and physiological reactions that people exhibit in response to a fear of being discovered. TSA recognizes that an individual exhibiting some of these behaviors does not automatically mean a person has terrorist or criminal intent. Individuals exhibiting specific observable behaviors may be referred for additional screening at the checkpoint to include a handwanding, limited pat down and physical inspection of oneâs carry-on baggage.â So next time youâre fondled by a hairy 400 pond stranger, remember to smile and look pleased. Do not grimace or display any form of discomfort or you may be prevented from flying altogether. You could even be placed on the TSAâs domestic extremist watch list, and rightly so. Remember this is â yet one more challenge the terrorists need to overcome in attempt to defeat our security system.â It is not aimed at everyday Americans in any way. Gadlingâs Mike Barish notes: ââYou know who exhibits involuntary physical and physiological reactions in response to TSA screenings? A very large segment of the population. Between patting down children, radiating travelers and blatant xenophobia, the TSA hasnât exactly installed confidence in the general public. So, itâs only natural that completely innocent travelers might exhibit signs of fear while waiting to be screened by poorly trained security agents. My advice is to ignore the likes of Barish, these kind of people are dangerous. Irradiating and feeling up kids is normal, I saw it at Disney World. Remember, the TSA has never been about humiliating the public into subservient compliance. When the agents pull someone out of line, screaming âWE HAVE AN OPT OUTâ and proceed to grope them in full view of everyone else, they do so only to deter terrorists. Because as we all know terrorists hate being groped, where as normal people love it. When the agents stuff people into glass boxes and leave them there weeping in a state for an hour, they do so only to make it more difficult for terrorists to blow things up. You should know that by now. So just who are the kind of people employed to detect negative behaviour? They are, of course, people like Minnetta Walker, the TSA behavioral detection officer who was recently arrested for helping drug dealers through security at Buffalo Niagara International Airport, allowing them to fly under false identities and ensuring they were not subjected to enhanced security measures. After all, it makes perfect sense, the role of a âbehavioral detectionâ officer is to walk around the airport seeking out potential criminals by analyzing their behaviour. Who is better equipped to expose the criminal mind than a criminal? And it keeps them off the streets. Again, keeping us safer. I for one, cannot wait until the TSA rolls out the mind reading scanners it has under development.
