Please check the following:
The bid/ask is @ 0.0031$/0.0051$
each trade has value only 4.10$ (1000pcs X 0.0041$)

Your opinion according yours experience:

1) Market manipulation ?
2) HFT ?
3) Algos?
4) The M/M is trying to fill the orders at SNAP MID?
5) Partial fills of hidden order at MID price?
6) Sending ping orders to a variety of pools looking for potentially large dark orders?

 

sometimes you see with normal stocks that they are pinged in size 1, this is kind of the same....

 

yes for normal stocks I agree but on OTC stock is quite strange for me
