Tether usdt is not fake money, it's real money where I'm located as well as most parts of the world, perhaps where you live Tether usdt is unusable?

Lol, of course it is mostly fake. No audit was ever done, despite countless promises. And now they said they can not pass US stable coin act, confirming they are world biggest financial fraud.

Tether is coasting the wave of perfect conditions. You don't know who's swimming naked until the tide goes out.

Doesn't seem like we will have to wait long to find out.

No audit does not mean fake

Fake means worthless, like fake gold, fake food,

Send me 1,000,000 usdt since it's fake to you, I'll wire you US $10,000 because I'm a nice guy, deal?

It is printed out of thin air with no backing, propping the whole crypto market for last decade. Crypto would never reach current levels without fake stable coins wash trading with no controls.

One can make same argument that US DOLLAR is printed out of thin air. But the whole might of USA economy and its military backs the dollar. And what back Tether??? 4 shady guys hiding somewhere.

Tether usdt is printed when Tether receives money from the buyers that are accredited (KYC, AML, big amount)

All usdt are backed 1-1 with US treasuries and cash, and over backing with Gold, Bitcoin and billions of US $ in profits every quarter

You know this already but you choose to believe something else and tell everyone the version from your imagination so you have an excuse to keep missing out on bitcoin

    You are only hurting yourself

How does never sound? The plan is now clear for the USA. Sweep away the dodgy outfits, but now not by pressing charges as they did last year, but through legislation and regulatory hurdles only. And the USA - maybe not Lutnick but everyoone else - don't WANT Tether in any case as the de facto SC. Much better a USA-based company.

Tether, if they can muster a successful audit they will but they probably won't/can't and simpler to just launch a new USA-based USD coin that'll pass. No headlines. No market shocks. Nothing.

I agree with John on this - if you're bearish on BTC, they'd better be much better reasons than this. The only bearish signal I can see is a lot of vested interests in a rug pull to load up before it's next leg up this year.

that was the promise. And if it was true they would pass an audit easily. At this stage, especially once they admitted that can not comply with USA stable coin act, no more doubts that they are world largest financial fraud.

  9. Its weird that you guys hold on to this with no evidence at all ... you just have the negative (basically a lack of positive evidence ... aka the audit ... and also lets not forget the one Bloomberg article about commercial paper that was printed in 2017. Real smoking gun there lol)

But be honest ... you have 0 evidence that Tether printed USDT "out of thin air". 0. None. No evidence whatsoever.

TO GET USDT, YOU HAVE TO PAY USD! Why is this so hard to understand?

When hindenburg published this worldwide in every major newspaper, I think you could be fairly certain someone who’d traded with them would step forward. They didn’t. Because clearly it was blagged

doesn’t change much. Tether will be gone by the end of this decade
