the demand is there because people think BTC price is as real as price of gold. Nothing is further from the truth.

    Congratulations, Ted!

Yea, definitely a great move to sell and lock in profits, you can always go back in

Of course I don't necessarily follow that rule,, haha, I'm prone to roundtrip a lot of profits , I hope I don't do it with CEP, but it's a modest position size 2k shares I rotated the funds from selling gme shares

The bitcoin/crypto treasury asset strategy is perfect for wall street "zombie" companies as they have nothing to lose, all they are doing is using the capital markets to raise funds and buy a highly speculative and volatile assets (bitcoin is a safe asset, though, imho)

Kidz at $84M mc can easily go up hundreds of percents depending on what terms they get on their convertible debt issuance, for example

If JNVR is any indication on Solana treasury asset, Kidz will do very well, as JNVR has been hitting new ath almost every day

Bitcoin/Solana treasury asset are dependent on the crypto bull market, as long as bitcoin is going up, and the (stock) market will reward the stock prices well

Metaplanet, the best performing stock in the Nikkei for the past 2 years and has gone up 5000% is listed (subsidiary?) in the US now, $mtplf (I'm considering it, still fairly cheap)

Metaplanet is a bitcoin treasury asset company, like mstr, gme(who knows when and how much committed?), smlr, mara, and cep (xxi)

Last word on the Solana and Bitcoin treasury asset public companies, the bitcoin ones have a proven record, mara, mstr, gme have all issued 0% interest rate 5yr convertible debt...

On Solana treasury asset public companies, when they do announce the convertible debt issuance, will they get similar terms? that's the risk, but also much higher rewards based on JNVR and KIDZ performance lately

That's my question. Will "rubber meet the road" or will they simply continue offshore and unregulated?

The issue is not offshore, but the fact that transaction where BTC is bought in USD and USDT is treated the same. Same if I would counterfeit USD and use it to acquire BTC. And all regulators just turn blind eye.

usdt not supported, but easy to swap usdt for usdc with very little friction using defi Curve or CEX
