    Not to mention that nowhere in the article does it talk about Tesla "competing" with PG&E, which technically they can't do since PG&E has been granted the monopoly franchise in it's service territory. Nor do batteries of course generate or distribute power, which are the two things PG&E primarily does. They may very well sell services to PG&E, but they won't be taking a dollar in revenue away from PG&E therefore it's pretty much clickbait to say they're "competing" with them.
