According to the video many Chinese EV sales are fake -- they're registered as sold, but they are unused. https://www.visiontimes.com/2023/08/05/fake-ev-boom-in-china.html Of course, Tesla as a brand, might be beyond repair.
While Elon plays blow 'em up games with his SpaceX rockets .... (BLOOMBERG) "Alphabet’s Waymo applied for a permit to test its robotaxis in NYC, with a human supervising behind the wheel—potentially that’s bad for Uber and Lyft." {and umm Tesla}
That's a funny one. Biden went out of his way during his tenure to dismiss Tesla's achievements, going as far as calling GM leader in the EV space.
What a ridiculous comparison. Waymo operates cabs within a few blocks of a very limited numbers of cities while Teslas and FSD are consumer vehicles. It's apples and oranges.
The Chinese government openly stated recently that they were going to address the high number of "used" car sales with 0 miles. BYD and others are recording vehicle sales, then disposing of them in the 2nd hand market.
Correct your post is funny. So is the one that follows. Deaths on the other hand are not funny ... at all.
https://insideevs.com/news/667723/musk-estimates-tesla-could-sell-250000-500000-cybertrucks-yearly/ Sell 500K yearly... sold 7,100 last quarter. How many of those are following BYD's model of "sales" and then transporting the truck to a lot? Cybertruck discontinued.
Musk is operating in an echo chamber of yes people. I can easily create the scene... All sitting in couches, playing video games and getting stoned at 3 am on Sunday night..... "Wouldn't it be cool if we made a galactic truck?" (Musk). "Hell yeah, like something never seen before" (team) "yeah, indestructible, with stainless steel panels instead of steel!" (Musk) " That would be soooo cool!" (team), " I'm sure we could sell millions, right?" (Musk), "for sure boss!" (team)
