Elon himself said Tesla is worthless without FSD. The whole point of the robots is to distract from the fact that the core business is suffering. He has been doing bait and switch for half a decade already. Everyone has already said the grid cannot support charging all of these vehicles. Grid upgrades will take a shit ton of money and many, many years. Having a bigger battery isn't going to help this issue. All I see is these semis broken down on the side of the road. Plus, with a full load, they apparently get shit mileage. In my opinion, there is nothing in the pipleline to get excited about, other than this election which has of course proven to be very lucrative for Elon. I support his stand on free speech, but if he actually gets to head up some government agency, the first thing he needs to cut is his own EV credits and rebates. That is a very inefficient use of taxpayer money.

When I saw these pictures, I was shocked to find out that there isn't some regulatory issue here. These exit latches are impossible to find if you don't practise every week. Its like on an airplane, you need a safety lesson each time you get in. I know the chance of this happening is low, but people are clearly getting burned alive. There are also many Tesla bulls already calling out the subpar performance of even the latest FSD updates. It cannot read signs for example. The idea of 100 miles before disengagement is absolute bullshit. Its like saying the elevator only tends to drop for one passenger every 100. There is not going to be any robotaxi in 2025. It is yet another lie for Elon to buy more time.
Whiners like you are hard to decipher.... Are you unhappy that Elon isn't timing his projections accurately or are you wishing that none of this existed?
You know what? You're right! People should be burning alive in their Tesla's. If they can't read their owner's manual so they know where the emergency latch is, then its 100% their fault.
Elon should just put a couple temperature/ir sensors in the proper places and pop those doors open if the vehicle is at rest and they detect a fire. $100/vehicle fix. Tops. On the new ones at least.
The fact is, all cars are imperfect, from safety belts that don't unlatch, to doors that stay locked when sinking or burning, to spontaneous combustion or rear en collision explosion... It doesn't mean there shouldn't be a recall/fix to ensure they don't.
Doesn't matter. You fanboys can't admit that Elon has been lying to you since 2017 when he said FSD will be able to drive across the coast.
