I have a long term investment in TSLA too deep in the red to contemplate selling. However, I was getting bored a few months ago so I started trading a portion of another but profitable TSLA investment account. Within that time I divested from TSLA and traded other familiar stocks. With 10/10 on the radar I wanted to make sure to have the capital to catch the drop and I closed most other positions this week. I still think there's room for a lower low next week to test 209 or even 185, but at some point I will jump back in. I'm just weary of fake reversals to flush the dummies...
I agree, but imho it will not be this "get a humanoid to clean and cook for you" Musk peddles that will open/break/change the market. I'm thinking more along the lines of 1) military, 2) agriculture and 3) sex Now seriously, compare the numbers for a domestic help humanoid vs. an agricultural produce-picking robot (no legs, no head, but with "hands" sensitive enough to pick cherries).
"General Motors, a car brand familiar to many American driveways, has developed a breakthrough electric vehicle battery in partnership with China's CATL, a world leader in power pack production. The result is being touted in multiple reports as the fastest-charging battery, able to provide 124 miles in just five minutes, as noted by Electrek, Interesting Engineering, and others." General Motors partners with Chinese company to deliver cutting-edge EV battery with incredible charging capability and range: 'That'll be phenomenal' (msn.com)
Maybe our kids kids. I for one wouldn’t want a robot doing anything for me that I can’t do. Maybe chat GPT planning a trip for me. like Musk pointed out in the event. We drive an average on 10 hours a month.
No, that's a sure way to make it go down. You need dummies to start shorting it again to make it go up. Either way, the algo's know all. It will trade accordingly.
Everything at Musk's Telsa Robotaxi event was smoke and mirrors. It all was controlled by radio control via humans -- none of it was AI or automated. Tesla's Robots Were Just Remotely Controlled Dummies, Analyst Confirms https://futurism.com/the-byte/tesla-robots-remotely-controlled-analyst
