the plaintiff pays for the fees, that's pretty standard. but the amount is nut, probably class action lawyers should pay the plaintiffs.
forget to post here, 256.16 and 265 range targeted a week ago were met. my expectation is that we will hit the double digit ytd returns on this name by the end of this year, so 275 and beyond is in the card, with some small choppiness.
