I think 50MA and/or 235 gap will be tested soon.

We are at 50% fib from high to recent low.

Correct. I don't think there's much money to be made in charging, but there's no EV without a massive network like Europe is planning to deploy. Tesla set the quality standard, now the others have to meet or beat it.

[IMG] Tesla reportedly created a team to swat away range complaints. Last year, the automaker was so overwhelmed with complaints around its cars’ ranges that it formed a group known internally as the “Diversion Team” to cancel thousands of range-related customer service appointments, a Reuters investigation revealed. The reason customers had so many complaints, according to the report, was because Tesla advertised range estimates that its cars simply weren’t capable of. One recent study showed that three Tesla models had an average range 26% below what the company boasted.

I read that Reuters report. It's hard to reconcile with reality. All of the range tests that I've looked at have overwhelmingly shown Tesla vehicles ahead of the competition, be it on distance, temperature consideration, traffic, speed, etc. Yes, EV range are inflated, like ICE range are inflated, and Tesla is no exception. I would point a finger at the testing methodology which never considers real driving conditions while recognizing the difficulty of establishing one that encompasses both the prudent driver and the adrenalin seeking driver.
The article (another Reuter hit piece), singles out Tesla because apparently a team prevented owners from flooding their service centers with range issues that were not. Tesla likely has an absolute minimal range below which they would honor a service request and dismissed those within the range. Nothing wrong with that.
