5 year plan ... something USSR was noted for having. BTW took a look at one of those "non-tech" auto makers. Ford and it is down -47.19% from its alltime high close.
The Tesla Model 3 is an electric car produced by American marque Tesla. It is a battery-powered four-door sedan that is considered a mid-size car in the US and a large family car in Europe, and is marketed in the compact-executive segment. From Wiki
Their Shanghai factory will break ground in Q3, ready for production in Q2 next year. Talk about infrastructure efficiency, 9 months or less.
Tesla has become superstars at building factories in less time than anyone, and that's entirely driven by Elon Musk.
And tearing down software companies. Nice touch (for the juvies) painting over "w" in T.itter sign at HQ - to stick it to the landlord. Poop emoji wasn't gud enuf.
agree. don’t like him to get into politics, space, tunnels, high tech. human survival are more important.
LOL but Shanghai battery factory huh? A $7,500 tax credit for electric cars changed, again. These are the models impacted "The new rules, which were announced last month, require a certain percentage of battery minerals and components be sourced from North America or a U.S. trade partner. They are meant to incentivize U.S.-based production and were a part of the massive climate bill that revamped the tax credit for electric cars." (NPR link for some reason won't post correctly).
cry out loud, npr knows shit. The new battery factory will produce batteries mostly for energy storage, solar panels batteries, satellite batteries, surely some batteries for cars but energy storage is a big business going forward.
Easy Tiger. NPR? They only reported what the gubmint just changed regarding cars. I opened the post referring to the NPR story as to how it might affect auto rebates here.
