Terrorism. Is there anything to be done ?

    YES YES YES

The current policy of just trying to capture the perpetrators isn't good enough.
Terrorist cells need nipping in the bud.
1.To do this many sting operations need to be mounted. Preferably by fellow muslims.
    2. There should be a hotline for people who think they are being targeted by the extremists. They should be given anonymity and counselling. Preferably by fellow muslims who can see murder is wrong. The ring leaders would be put in jail.
    3. For every death caused by terrorists there should be a doctrine of collective guilt. So if a Lybian gets found out after killing then 100 Lybians should be sent back for each victim after paying compensation to the victims and their families.

Trump may just have the balls to do something on these lines rather than accuse the wrong countries.
The Europeans haven't got what it takes until other extremists get elected.

  2. Good ideas but why not just limit the number of muslims? That has three benefits, in addition to not creating the sort of religious divisiveness that tears countries apart. One, it makes it easier to keep track of the more limited number of potential terrorists. Two, it limits the number of actual terrorists, which is just an objectively verifiable fact. Three, it prevents the troubling problem of second generation terrorists, ie the ungrateful sons and daughters of muslims we foolishly admitted.

Our unelected overlords in the federal courts will surely object. Ignore them, impeach them or arrest them.

Terrorists are like mass shooters. They need to get laid, so yes, legalized prostitution would solve a bunch of these problems.

Not sure what you mean here.

    Have heard some good ideas.

Those followers of Muhamed, who would like to believe his religion is about peace, need backing to turn over the followers of Mohamed who believe they must also kill as he killed, until the killers establish world domination, and tax heavily it's fearful subjects.

Without backing, it seems arguable they are held hostage by the violent strains of their fellow believers. With backing, we could say they have a choice.

Presuming no one has made the choice to be backed, they could arguably be candidates for group, retributive deportation, upon each case of systemic murder perpetrated in the name of their religion.

The cases of systemic murder should not be limited to the US. If a follower of Muhemed blasts 20 people in UK, then x number, from that perp's home country, needs to leave the US. We have a special relationship, after all.

Again, this can all be justified if the state provides the peace choosers a way out.

Edit: If the perps home country is US or UK, then there needs to be a plan B.

That is so true. And prevent a lot of unwanted marriages.

We would not see these lone wolves if anything at all was being done about systemic murder in the name of Mohammed, his god, and his followers.

The timing, mind you, is just after a lot of rhetoric about 30 people being blasted at a UK concert, with no logical state response in sight.

The suggestions made here would see an end to people responding in kind, with murder.

Doesn't the Catholic Church have racks for that sort of thing?

Suicide bombers can't be held accountable as they are also dead. So who but their own families and friends must carry the blame. Not fair I agree but they should have turned in little Mohamed before he gets so emotional that he becomes a suicide bomber. Maybe sell a mosque or two to cover the compensation ?
Doing nothing by putting some in jail at the State's expense for 30 years is no longer realistic.

The racks were a Spanish Catholic response to the Mohammedan bloody take over of their country, and their effort to expelled all of them, and their sympathizers. They were trying to "inquire" about hidden allegiances.

They did succeed in driving Islam, and it's inherent problems, out.

They may have expelled the culture also, whose source book was also Mohammeds cut and paste source book...the Jewish culture of rhetoric.

There are other ways, besides a rack, to determine rhetorical allegiances, less intrusive, less painful.

It's why I suggest providing backing for any rhetorical hostage to leave the rhetorically hostile environment, or, be on a list to randomly be deported, each time someone from their rhetorical hotbed kills US, or UK citizens.

Of course, this is likely not what Jesus would suggest when LEAVING THIS WORLD is the most important issue, and the only real solution.

What I suggest is a bandage.
