Tell SEC and NASD you oppose daytrading rules on Options

  1. There's no Daytrade counter on a cash account. You can trade options up to the amount of money in your account without restrictions on the quantity of trades. Three trades of one contract each are not more restricted than one trade of three contracts.

Oppose the malicious nonsense PDT rule!!! It is not to protect investors. It claims itself to protect brokers exclusively. In fact it hurts both investors and brokers but benefits special interest groups!!!

    F@#$% die!!!

  3. Well the good news is that the PDT doesn't apply to cash accounts, and we can trade long options from cash accounts.
