Technical Strategy

  1. This is the first item for the "front End".

It is a brief Abstarct of 2 pages that explains what I perceive as the "infinite scheme of things" and where the Agorithm and applications came from.

  2. I am posting the illustrations in feedback under the OP "digs" who started the thread "How do I do this, show a picture?" There are 20 some illustrations. The posts will use the illustration titles for your convenience.

In chit chat there will be a 33 page post in Word as an attachment. The thread is entitled "An Overview of What Happened in ET During the Last Few Years." The OP is lilduckling and it contains many quotes of ET posters and their views.

In this exposition, you get to see how the pool extraction algorithm and the CW agorithm have their identities and characteristics. Almost no one chooses anything but the CW. That will not change.

The illustrations in this and the other documents are coordinated.

Boot camp didn't work out in ET but we believe it is a workable approach to training and introducing people to the algorithm and its applications. Building the mind is very important and usually this is prevented by translations and inventions in lieu of just letting transference happen under close direction and two way communication.

I think this thread makes the case for the opportunity. It is very recognizable as to why the opportunity will not be taken or even recognizing the market's offer.

October of 2008 was a great time to introduce the opportunity.

    Glad you're back, Jack.

Thanks for pointing out that due to my work commitments and certain messages getting 'lost in translation', that the process of transference has not progressived smoothly.

The past week, my work schedule has been particularly hefty. This including working the entire weekend. I have recognized the market's offer, but I have had real commitments and real responsibilities to a vocation and a large number of people, and there have been certain unavoidable delays in phasing out these commitments.

This phasing out process, that I instigated at the beginning of October, commences shortly. As of Friday, my work commitments will be reduced by 40%. From the second week of December, these will be reduced by a further 25%. I have also been in the process of winding down certain social responsibilities, and remaining loose ends are being definitively tied up.

I think bootcamp is a very workable premise, but, in my humble opinion, the 30 day bootcamp would have certain prerequisites. These would include on-site teaching, advance notice of schedule, time and technical requirements, and a completely immersive setting with no external distractions or commitments. Furthermore, mistakes or misunderstandings would ideally be addressed immediately, and not given room to grow.

As Doidge has very clearly demonstrated, there are NO limits to the potential for plastic change of the human mind, and no brain can be considered irredeemable, not even one decimated by widespread congenital defects or massive acquired damage.

I shouldn't have allowed myself to become side-tracked, and I only clarified my task after rereading through the first half of the journal between patients yesterday. To the best of my understanding, however, Friday and it's subsequent debrief were carried out in strict accordance to instructions.

Five of my next six days are free, which will enable much productive work to be done. I also reiterate my readiness to travel to your locale, if that will expedite the process.

I've been looking through Friday's effort to determine which part/s were considered translation and invention. This is what I've come up with...

    • Starting one hour into the trading day
    • Including a (wrong) carryover channel. We haven't covered carryovers and Jack explicitly stated in his analysis of Romanus' chart that carryovers were not necessary when trading on the traverse level.
    • Included parts of the prior day in my 1st and 2nd 'slices'
    • Channel lines were not sufficiently thick. I'll need to use Pepe's channels tool for only tapes and traverses.
    • Excessive taping made the chart look cluttered. Technically, only the first two tapes of each traverse are required.
    • Mistook certain 3-bar tapes as traverses
    • I used numbers in the volatility column. I'll stick to increasing and decreasing
    • Overtraded by not following the specific instructions as to when to reverse (i.e. when price is NOT advancing, on equal or reduced volume). Therefore, using a long trend as an example, holding through internals, holding through higher highs on lower volume/volatility, and only reversing when price breaks the low of a potential FTT bar, and the TR-T column is consequently blank. We remain late on reversals, rather than riding the pendulum.

If anyone observed any other examples of translations or inventions, I'd be grateful if you could let me know.

You know, in my eyes there's always a sequence going on.

I annotated the chart as it were mine. You have a mini down traverse ending with price crossing the lower line with 2ticks. From that moment on I have my point 1 of the up mini traverse.

I find laterals to have no rules only a open-close within the previous bar, hence my black lateral. I'm used to see price make a point 3 below that black line.

Oh and the red tape doesn't make any sense, don't you think?

Look at the chart attached, same pattern but reversed.

Thanks for the comments, Astral. Much appreciated. :)

I'll take them on board and reply once I feel I can take my attention off the chart and log.

This is one tenacious traverse! Glad I stopped pre-empting reversals.

1st (2-traverse) slice will hopefully be ready in short order.
