Look at this chart. See if you can see its dynamic of a sensory input streaming into your eyes. See if you can find the word PERCEPTION. Perception is what a person has as he operated in real time. Se if you can determine that 90% of your perception is coming from within your mind. You mind is totally CW as a consequence of your beliefs which come from past decisions. I am asking you to WORK by thinking critically and today you explain by questions that you do NOT use MADA at all. That is how it goes. I cannot get to you because my little 10% that you read cannot impact the huge 90% that you already have in your being. You are NOT percieving what SCT beginner trading is or how MADA makes it work using the PV relationship which you do not know or remember at this point of this sentence to you.
This is the breakthrough we both have wanted. Working is only done by working smarter and when the mind is working. You set the pace of learning. I am familiar with fatique in trauma and in doing work after trading hours. Here is what boot camp is for primarily: during trading we always are ABLE to WORK SMART. YOU HAVE CREATED WORKING SMART. Now we do it. we have our histories and we work smart and slowly a new first recourse begins to appear, As we do the sensing over time, moslty what we get is unconscious. As WE WORK SMART things go well. When we sleep the mind assimilates and differentiates all the unconscious input it has received and processed. We have a GO situation here. You are doing the shift to WORK SMART.
My job is to deal with the reality, take its measure and keep a Critical Path rolling to get this started with a proper foundation. If you are tired and you did the day in a way that needs to be worked as WORKED SMART, then you need to understand that I pick up on that. I see you putting in point 3 after point 3 using your "invention". We did examples of the conditions for new point 3's as inquiries came into the thread. You posted the low volume midday awareness you have. AND you need to recognize that you are a beginner trading FTT to FTT. Anything inside of the time between FTT's has to turn out to be the sequences of the channel beginner trading. You will never have to invent something to cover the situation. Switch to 2H pencils in black and red. Use a transparent straight edge.
All along, you've said just the right words, at just the right times, to yank me back onto the right path, and not the myriad paths that I create all over the place. The timing and specificity are almost uncanny. Hopefully I'll get a deeper insight into precisely how you've been doing what you're doing when I finally pick up my copy of Doidge tomorrow.
as a time saver, skip the redo on Day 6. You have day 7 done and debriefed; move on to day 8, 9 and 10. Then we get to have me review the beginner level and and line up the ducks for advanced beginner where we will do 15 trades a day instead of the 4 to 7 on beginner level. As you see you have over 1,000 points rolling and the equity curve is begining to show that a non linear curve is what to expect. We are at a point where the concept of order of magnitude (a power shift) is how nature and humans work. doing the equity curve in points will be a helpful example of keeping things simple. We are way past what life style needs valuations are ordinarily concerned with. We are definitely doing a "work smart" effort now and that is how long term memory is created by doing the drills. the advanced beginner drills will turn in the direction of drilling down into the details of traverese built from tape trends and internal that the platform provides automatically. We will use new dayas after all to close the gap on getting to the present times. I go out of commission on Wednesday until I get back off narcs and can sit up again.
I knew the 29th was fast approaching, and was determined to finish those drills by Sunday night, but was simply too exhausted to continue. I also discovered that my logging process had reverted to a lab-sheet, as the brash and breezy autopilot assumed the controls. Omitting to recognize the Overlap column as a 'quasi-analysis' technique may have contributed to this. And I had once again, inadvertently combined M with A, despite repeated advice to the contrary (e.g. a PM which suggested having a bespoke platform just for monitoring, to enforce physically turning away before analysis was commenced). From the outset, I had failed to use the A columns to qualify decisions to Continue. These two charts have clarified a lot of my inconsistencies, particularly as regards thorough taping and comprehensive traverse construction. It's clear now that my annotation has been very substandard, and I don't need to invent anything to cover an eventuality, because everything is already covered if all the traverses are demarcated. I've also rediscovered the importance of clear and consistent visual distinctions in ensuring that perception is facilitated rather than obstructed, and the consequent information ratio is exploited to it's fullest, enabling differentiation to occur at the deepest level. I finally have a copy of The Brain that Changes Itself sitting on my desk, my late lunch break has arrived, and I am brimming with anticipation, finally ready to explore it's revelations...
So far, a fascinating read. Eye openers included my willing surrender to plastic paradox, and Rousseau's seminal role in the discipline. The most profound ideas I've come across include competitive plasticity and perceptual learning I also suspect I have a thin insula. What it would be like to work with giants of the mind such as Pascual-Leone, Edelman and Merzenich. Breathing life into the visions of brilliant men. Supporting the innovations that could change the world. In seeking to gather the ocean's harvest, I must metamorphosize, from a Burmese fisherman to a Sea Gypsy.
You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind; a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's the signpost up ahead-- your next stop . . . the Twilight Zone!
" Because of the amount of time they spend diving for food, Moken children are able to see better underwater due to accommodation of their visual focus." interesting...
