  1. Hey neo, glad to see you're still pounding away. I use the "Chart Trader" option with the PnL 'scrolled out'. It's bery, bery nice.

BTW, for a trend acceleration it would seem to me that one would absolutely require a positive change in the slope of the trend being accelerated.

I found the chart trader chart-marker really distracting last time I tried it. I'm quickly growing fond of the Super DOM. It even sounds the business. :D

I agree. Are you referring to any chart in particular?

  5. If one starts a channel/RTL trendline (30 min) on 12/29/08 then I don't see how one can have the acceleration you noted on 1/5/09, unless of course you have another definition for the IT.

I had an acceleration followed by a deceleration. But that's just me...

With the inception of market-speak, logging suddenly became a whole lot more fun for the young trader...

The difference between sim-trading and papertrading is extraordinary. I feel as though my learning curve has dramatically accelerated, and especially with the evolving vocabulary in hand, monitoring is feeling more and more like reading a great novel, full of depth, richness and subtext.

I'm also recognizing the importance of a serene and pleasant working environment. So far, the ambient lighting and new age music seem to be working superbly. I was almost tempted to get an incense burner and a couple of water vortex lamps. :p

I'm noticing 'spikeyness' with increasing regularity and ease, though have decided to stick to mostly EOB MADA for the time being just to enforce the discipline of unhurried, unreactive trading.

WMCN is improving, though I need to be more attentive to real-time debriefing and particularly to WWTs, a number of which are escaping prompt attention.
