    Thanks, Jack.

You've patiently typed thousands and thousands of words to try and instill some fundamental principles in my mind, yet it seems they persistently elude me.

DOing MADA - extracting finite subsets, reaching a binary conclusion, making a decision, and taking timely action. Quietly detached and unemotional.

LOGging MADA - creating a physical record of and adjunct to the MADA process.

Building the mind - enabling organic and sequential learning and growth.

Being in the PRESENT - you've said this innumerable times. The shortcoming was most certainly mine in failing to hear.

I acknowledge that the goal was not merely to teach SCT, but to fast-track a potentially very lengthy process of differentiation by means of effective transference.

Despite good intentions, and my best efforts, it appears I subjugated the process at various key stages. Although it may sound trite and illogical, the money itself genuinely means very little to me. Not so say that I can't appreciate the utility of money, or lack ambition.

My problems may be more deep-seated than I had initially acknowledged.

I'm as prepared as ever to proceed, but seems I need to get to the root of the problems before progress is a possibility. Although it serves no interest for me to continually disrupt the process, there must be a reason I continue to do so. Some hard soul-searching may be called for. Perhaps even a brief respite and a return to medical work. I have a period of voluntary work coming up, which I’m very much looking forward to.

I'm sorry to hear about the post-op complications. Daily dressing changes at four locations sounds barbaric. I hope you have the very best doctors and nurses at your disposal.

Fixed the final hour on both charts.

Working tomorrow, so won't be posting real-time.

    The Day

Two levels of gaussian annotated: channel level and ES 5 minute Traverse level.

(n.b. Just noticed my channel point 3 is approx 2 hours early. Gaussian needs amending.)

... doesn't bother you that your gaussians (on neither level) don't match the volume bars almost at all? :)

I'm happy my 'noised-out' gaussians, although the channel gaussians, as mentioned, need to take into account the later point 3.

I'm also very keen to avoid derailing this thread with chart debates, and would kindly request that those are confined to the Iterative Refinement thread.

Lastly, I would strongly urge that you post a chart so we may all better appreciate your understanding of the method.

Homespun experiment with the emWave PC stress relief system. Five minutes of listening to relaxing music (courtesy of All Chilled @ 181.FM) and breathing normally. Confounding factors - post-workout endorphins.

Incidentally, have noticed that the USB connection lights up according to the current state of coherence - red, blue and green for low, medium and high respectively. My PC is secured to the underside of the table, but with a desk-based USB hub, coherence level can always be visible regardless of which windows are open on the screen.

Second experiment, reading a book. Same confounding factor.

Seems that coherence is not a default state, but at least in my case, something that must be consciously worked on achieving and maintaining. Furthermore, merely looking at the computer screen appears to elevate my heart rate, regardless of what's actually displayed on the screen.

Not to refute Jack's comment that a 'fear of the future' was a persistent theme of mine... I've become aware of copious evidence for this with that particular clarity afforded by assisted hindsight

In any case, it will be interesting to repeat these two brief tests tomorrow without preceding exercise.
