As I breathe slowly and deeply, focussing on the centre of my chest, I find I'm slipping into a semi-somnolent state. I'm finding that any truncal movement seems to upset my breathing pattern and pulls me back from the state, so I've adjusted my seating position so I can reach the keyboard, mouse and log with only minimal movements.

Although the annotation is quick and effortless, filling out the log is feeling almost like a chore which again, interrupts the strangely hypnotic rhythm.

I'm purposefully reversing late... I need to at least impersonate Trader B - knowing that I know and taking no action without unshakeable certainty - before I can turn my efforts to refinement. However, I'm leaving watermarks on the chart corresponding to where a reversal looked good in realtime.

Usually around 72. I suspect the sleepless night and double-espresso may be partly implicated.

  9. As time passes if you just "do your thing" you will notice you can gauge that you "kmow you know".

staying at intermetdiate to get accoustomed to YM>>ES is the task at hand.

my rest pulse is about 55.

A few years ago I was a keen runner (approx 20 miles/week) and at the time my RHR was around 50-55. After my ankle injury, I was pretty sedentary for about a year, after which I turned my attention to strength training. That kept me occupied for about two years, after which niggling minor injuries, postgraduate exams, and the freelance world sidetracked me.

Over the past fifteen months, I've done very little exercise and, right now, am noticeably deconditioned. I need to make my gradual return to fitness an overriding priority.
