  6. Here is a rough out of a day.

Notice that I am a goof off and just doing the tapes I need to get the traverses.

When I have the traverses, I put in the channel.

I trade from the PV relationship.

In the AM I get in when I have the trend underway, spoeaking as a beginner trainer in a boot camp.

The bootcamp college students are doing at least what I did on this chart and they are making some points as a consequence.

They have a goal: they want their minds in a place where they can read the music on the channel level. In this graphic the channel is RED and four weight in paint line thickness.

Can you see the lines I drew? Do you see how lazy a person can be?

For a beginner the log is quite simple. He enters according to the pve relationship. He fills in what he needs to as the day goes by.

Does he see the reversal on the channel FTT?

Maybe? Not a maybe; the binary nature of the logging and the line annotations leaves no uncertainty.

does he make much money? No he doesn't. He only makes the money from FTT to FTT after he enters ASAP as the day begins.

  7. Okay lets look closely at your progress.

The PV relationship uses four vectors and they are, in part orthogonal.

Sad to say, you missed them.

If you do not know the PV relationship you cannot make use of it.

If I had a baseball bat or a 2x6 or something like that I might be able to make a point by hitting it against something that would make a noise. A wall or telephone pole would help to make the noise.

INCREASNG AND DECREASING ARE THE VOLUME WORDS.

WITHOUT DEFINING THE SYMBOL'S PURPOSE HOW WOULD:

    I - R, I - B, D -R and D -B grab your mind as something like the notes C, D, E and F.

would the letter P grab you to mean something?

Would the letter T grab you in any way.

Lets use the four combo's that are like B2B and R2R. What are the other two?

I have suggested 10 symbols for volume. Make a list and put the definition for each next to the symbol.

I will do one for you.

R2B This symbol means two things: A bounce off a LTL on a "short" channel and a bounce off a RTL on a "long" channel.

If I log this symbol (R2B) on volume and log "long" on price, do I know where I am in terms of the MODE? Do I know where I am in TERMS of the entry in the D column?. the answers are Yes and Yes. If I know these two things (they are binary in nature) am I sure of what is going on with respect to making money using the PV relationship? The answer is Yes.

you have to leran the PV relationship. If you do then you will be able to have a vocabulary for logging. If you have a log that works and a vocabulary to apply to it, then you, as a beginner, will make money.

In the last 20 of 23 days, the DOW Jones average has been a three digit movement. does this mean a beginner can add contracts each day in the ES he is trading? The answer is yes.

you have spent 8 days and not come up with symbols to put in your mind for logging and each of those 8 days plus the weekends, you have been invewnting rules as a debriefing exercise.

My job is to point out to you that you are not thinking at all as yet.

For me to get you to use a pencil has been quite a task. Now I have progressed in the boot camp to getting you straight on how symbols "look like" what they represent in terms of the PV relationship.

People say I do long posts and they cannot understand my posts. I am limited. I cannot open their heads up and pouyr into their heads a few symbols and how to run a pencil across a row using the sybols to make money.

Now you have charts I have given you. I have suggested to print them and draw lines on them by sliding a cover from left to right to reveal bars.

you annotate the charts by making the lines when possible and as you slide the cover from left to right, if necessary extend the lines if they are still in play.

Log the PV relationship for each charet.

Post the charts and post the logs.

we will do this for the month.

I will take the bootcamp to expert in a month since the progress has been so rapid up to this point.

On price delete all symbols except L, S and FTT and only use FTT on channel level. Add one symbol: INT. define what INT means when you post the complete new list with the 10 volume symbols and the 3 price symbols.

This is equivalent to handing out your rifle in boot camp. It is empty and the rounds for it are definitely locked up at this point and you do not have any ammo until you get to work doing the annotation and the logging drills.

You are armed and you can do drills with the rifle unloaded. One round was where you were to start on chart 1. Do the charts and logs and contracts will be added as we go. real days start with one round and trade off your logged, pencilled instructions that you give to yourself.

I'm, at this point, doing a lot more work than you are. All you are doing is writing and typing some stuff that is way off target. You need to get on target pronto.

  8. At this point, you are a millionaire.

All you are doing now is manifesting the knowledge and skills that go along with the potential.

the simple pragmatic effort that is being made is to turn short term memory into long term memory.

the stuff you wrote was not instilled in your mind in any quasi permanet way. It was a set of temporary conclusions that wwere offered to make a beginning.

What happened was just like a patient arriving in a trauma center. I have just gone through the "stabilization" process. Once stabilazation is reached then the pateint is in a process that leads to full revovery.

The mind block diagram I have used always works for doing the drills that are required to give the foundation and each and every building blocks.

We will use each chart that you prepare six more times; once for each level of skills and knowledge; they are:

    Beginner

    Advanced beginner

    Beginner internals

    Intermediate

    Advanced Intermediate

    Expert and

    Advanced Expert.

For each of these there is a skill and knowledge focus; they are:

    Beginner

Putting the pieces in play: annotating price and volume, hiking the mountains of volume, logging, trading from the log. Doing a routine called MADA to reach closure each lap. Vocabulary building and finding out how the mind get long term memory from drills and repetition under conditions of critical thinking.

    Advanced beginner

we simply add two colums to the monitoring and trade traverses. Same vocabulary for each column as the channel vocabulary. 15 trades a day approximately.

    Beginner internals

Here we take up the internals on the dominant and non dominant traverses. we learn whether or not to trade the internals. If we have lateral internals we learn to deal with whether of not the volatility suggests trading the laterals and we are able to sense whether the dom and non dom changes within an internals. this is the first place we begin the differentiation of the odd and even harmonics. I will also probably introduce using biofeed back on your computer with a fourrier analysis of your heart waveform. This will keep you away from fear, anxiety, and anger and induce you towards support, comfort and confidence. All is color codded to make it possible to just glance at the metering.

    Intermediate

Here we take on the use of leading indicators of the ES. Alot comes out in the wash by this time. The template is transferred to another market (YM) and fractal. All the beginner levels are required to get the template into long term memory. you will notice that your mind is also moving the long term memories to new locations that are stream lined places. About 19 sequential former mental steps will be reduced to a highly integrated small set of sequential steps in, of all places, your frontal short term memory operators.

    Advanced Intermediate

Here we introduce non PV leading indicators that lead the YM market which leads the ES. At this time your mind quickens and everything up to this point appears in slow motion. what is really happening is that you are now mentally equipped quite well and you can work at least 10 to 100 times faster mentally. This begins the transition to being on automatic. what happens is that we move out thinking to a place in time just before NOW (the Present). bt sufficiency and certainty, we get to see WHAT MUST CME NEXT bt the simple virtue that there are no other alternatives. At this time some of the programmers will get a wake up call about how markets really work. It hasn't happened so far for about four years in Et; elsewhere it is de facto.

    Expert

here we move over fairly completely to how 70 degrees of freedom work and how the concept of looking at the right place at the right time. the mind is limited while on automatic. It likes to steer and focus sharply on doing the right thing at the right time. It is all leading indicators of tape trading at this point.

    Advanced Expert.

The emphasis here is harmonic trading on a tic level. Carving 20 to 40 trades a day on level I as a consequence of being directed to level I. The sweeps chart has been up for years but not many people cn get their minds up to spped to be able to use it. Here we finally make the discoveries that there are no anomolies in SCT trading and just why it is called SCT. At this point, a rather large account can be traded (5 time the market evident capacity). Harmonic gating is de rigeur. sweeping once or twice a week is required. (in these markets it is a daily excercise)

    Enjoy the anticipation.

Your logs which will be like prints of trading logs will be helpful to the sceptics. As usual I request that you pass this forward, help others through time and money locally and avoid greedy people; this does not work for greedy people because their minds prevent such.

    Volume
    • R2B - This symbol means two things: A bounce off a LTL on a "short" channel and a bounce off a RTL on a "long" channel
    • B2R - This symbol means two things: A bounce off a LTL on a "long" channel and a bounce off a RTL on a "short" channel
    • R2R - This symbol marks the overlap between the end of a "long" channel and the start of a "short" channel
    • B2B - This symbol marks the overlap between the end of a "short" channel and the start of a "long" channel
    • P - Peak volume: this symbol refers to the last big surge of volume of a price move; price is unsustainable at this level.

The other five symbols are quantitative and refer to volume ranges (marked on the volume pane as horizontal bars).

    • VDU = very dry up
    • DU = dry up
    • S = slow
    • M= medium
    • F = fast

    Price

    • L - Long - price making a higher high
    • S - Short - price making a lower low
    • FTT - Failure To Travers - Price bouncing off the Right Trend Line but failing to reach the Left Trend Line.
I'm fully aware of that, and very grateful.
