    Thoughts

In attempting to get some things straight, I’ve been reviewing a number of charts, and have come to a few more conclusions.

I have identified a number of tacit differences between the two approaches to this methodology, including synchronization of Gaussian troughs, recognition of sub-fractal movement, dissolution of laterals, presence of dominant internals and redefinition of boundaries after failed new dominants. While both roads may lead to Rome, the traveler can grow weary running back and forth between the two, and may even lose his way entirely.

Jack likened the journey to ascending a tree trunk, with branches at every level. Picture a giant sequoia, growing diagonally off a sheer edge. The Golden Goose nests at the summit. The extraordinary view to the valley beyond is obscured by the foliage, but by walking out onto a branch, the magnificence comes into sight. It’s easy to step out onto a branch, but they’re so precarious that few can make their way back, and the rest are destined to spend their days gazing at treasures they cannot reach.

Now picture two intertwining trunks. While it may be easier to stay en route, there is treacherous moss underfoot, and in stepping between the seemingly selfsame paths, the lone traveler may come to an untimely demise…
