I am still trying to get a handle on technical analysis, and just when I think I am gaining ground, something comes along that really screws with my mind. I am hoping someone that is good with charting can explain this to me. I bought low on this security, and almost immediately the price started climbing.. by a lot... just when I thought maybe I better put in a stop, to salvage any decline, I start seeing all these shoots flying down.. almost a .20 cent spread...then it shoots back up to the high... up down.. up down.. constantly.. like a friggin YOYO... what is going on down at that lower level? It takes two to make trades, correct?.. So who is trading down there when the level 2 quotes only show the inside bid and inside ask at the higher price?.. I even put in another buy at the lower point and it is not getting picked up, so who the heck is trading down there??? I will almost bet that if I put a stop down there, it would get triggered, so why not my bid? I appreciate any help understanding this. I
