Okay I have read all of Vic's books. So I have a better understanding of what you are attempting to do, but Vic has blown two funds. If you come from the Livermore school of longevity, okay then, but what Vic does seems to catch up to him eventually. It is he that led me investigate trading currencies, btw.
Great. Yes Vic obviously has personal flaws that lead to destruction but this does not negate the ideas. It's obvious by how many great traders and centi millionaire money managers come directly from his mentorships. Can this be said for ANY of the self proclaimed gurus on elite? I am personal friend with VN. Having watched him trade on many occasions. At least he has the surrounding environment, verified results and influence to back up his words. These struggling pikers who long to be big shots but fail to show any evidence other than their own words should be ignored. However, if one or more is able to prove their success to you--- listen but look for alternative motives. Have you read "winner take all". ? Surf
I have his book ordered. Believe it or not I have all of his books. I enjoyed his books until he turned into an ass when people disagree with his position . . . sort of like you. I don't have a problem with peole having diferences of opinion with me, my problem is when people don't want to take the effort to see where my information is coming from and summarily dismiss it. The kindergarten wasn't snide either by the way. I have the Art & Science cookbook.
This begs the question. Are you two not friends enuf for him to mint you as well? Or are you aware that his style may be akin to playing russian roulette? ( Outsider looking in here)
Excellent. If you check my history, I started out on the Covel's "enemy list" but now we get along just fine. I want the master to prove the worth of a method. This "see for yourself" doesn't hold water. I am still open for a series of accurate market calls-- no posted charts or other diversions. Just before the fact long or short calls in a journal format would be the first step. Surf
No, but I do get the gist that the game is rigged. They get the initial thrust, we get the wasted motion, it is enuf at the retail level if you remember the Zurich Axioms and bet appropriately.
I'm not sure what you mean by "mint" but the majority of the funds I have raised have come directly from VN relationships in one way or another. So yes, our friendship has enriched me in multiple ways. Yes, it would be if you have a fatal flaw. Surf
By mint, I mean give you the tools needed to pull 100 million out of the market. Now as for the rest, we know he is going to eventually give it back, you will have to figure out how to keep it, and I presume that is what you are doing in your evolutionary process now.
Not really-- read it, if you get a chance. Haha, the gnomes of Zurich. I remember max gunthers book well!
