I'm ALL for trading, Arthur. This is the reason I came here; to learn to trade realtime. I'm new - first foray into realtime trading was in late October 2009, i.e. last year and was a disaster - thread is at ET. The CALL was correct but the trading a disaster and the timing too needed work. I'm OK on the major timeframes in real-LIFE but the realtime stuff is evanescent. So far the best education on trading I've had is from just ONE person - he outclasses ALL the books I've read except for the TA bible book called TA of stock trends, 9th ed. His name is TraderZones, the most underrated person/stock I've ever come across. Had it not been for him I might have been bleeding losses continuously and daydreaming about some easy pie in the sky trading success. TraderZones is a thunderbolt of reality for the newbie trader.

Yeah Arthur, put a different way when it pertains to love/marriage/relationships, the saying goes, "when you're ready for devotion, she/he will show up at your doorstep" Oh you can't imagine how much I'd pay to the trading helper - I said so too - always happy to pay the fee. But what I've found in other aspects of learning is that the helper will turn down financial payment and just leaves it as "payment in kind" which then invokes the "responsibility factor" to return the flow to another or others.
I think that "in other aspects of learning" your altruistic helper has nothing to teach you that a million others couldn't. Calculust? Quantum mechanics? Even brain sugary? Fewer people know those than suckcessfool trading. Let me give you an eggsample. My best system returns about 600% per anus, deepending on the broker margarine. Where is the leakwiduty limit? I doughnut yet know. But I would not sell it for a million bucks or two great blowjobs a day. That is why there are no legitimate trading mentwhores. As a poopil you have nothing to offer that they can't buy.
No problem, Arthur. One of the great things about ET is insults, harsh or moderate, are part of the trader's development. I didn't see your comments as insulting - actually they were spot on as it would be so easy for a fellow who cannot trade to become cynical. As for traderZones, there are soooooo many who have him on Ignore. Within my first week at ET I got into an argument with him about the way he treated another trader. But I soon realized that his thunderous approach of bitch-slapping dopey starry-eyed newbies was good medicine for the recipients. IMO and perhaps I'm alone in this regard if TraderZones were a stock, I'd buy and hold for 1,000 years. TraderZones has the best overview of trading I've ever seen. If his message gets thru' to the psyche, it dispenses with the liability of 1,000 trading books.
