That's not what you said about the black panthers with night sticks... hmmm... double standard much???
I didn't defend NBP, I am saying that there was no case against them if the voters didn't feel intimidated. That's all.
No, that's not what you said. Also voters did feel intimidated, they said so. The black panthers were starting confilcts with them, making racial slurs at them, and brandishing weapons at them. Yet you defended the dismisal of the case against them.
Read these two again. http://www.myfoxphilly.com/dpp/news/Philly_DA_No_Complaints_About_Black_Panthers_At_Polls http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...efends-justice-department-black-panther-case/
Guess the footage of the witnesses recounting the intimidation on youtube is just another right wing conspiracy...
Im sure this guys testimony, with video evidence, would not have been enough to charge these gclowns And im sure it would have been real tough for the cops to put a case together given the fact that it was a polling place where people have to register their name to vote. <object style="height: 344px; width: 425px"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/qX4dcvIYk9A"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/qX4dcvIYk9A" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344"></object>
Nah man, that's just another right wing conspiracy... besides black people can't be racist. It's not racist if it's against white people...
