  1. Hello

    Hello

If i walk up to a a person with a baseball bat or weapon in my hand I can be charged with it, i dont have to say something threatening to be charged when i approach a person with a weapon.

If i walked up to a black person with a baseball bat in a k.k.k. uniform you can bet your ass id be charged for it, you know it as well as i do.

  2. So who are these people who were intimidated by the NBP and why didnt they testify against them? Where are the intimidated voters, how is the DOJ suppose to build a case for intimidation if there was no one who claimed to be intimidated.

    Hello

The guy who shot the video specifically says in his video he thought it was intimidating you stupid fuck....

  4. Oh wait, he 'thought' it was intimidating but none of the voters felt the same and no one complained. I am sure this will hold up in court very well. :D

  5. Hello

    Hello

Once again dumbass, you dont think video evidence of a person standing infront of a polling place with a weapon is enough to charge the person?

And yes a person saying he thinks it is intimidating that people were standing there with weapons is infact evidence that he himself felt intimidated.

  6. A Republican-appointed member of the panel probing why voter intimidation charges were dropped against the New Black Panther Party said Sunday that the case was flimsy and stood by an earlier claim that some of her colleagues are hammering the issue to bring down Attorney General Eric Holder.

But Thernstrom calls the case "small potatoes" considering the relative obscurity of the New Black Panther Party.

"There are more important voting rights issues to talk about," she said Sunday on CBS' "Face the Nation," defending the Justice Department.

Thernstrom argued that the kind of voting rights case the Justice Department was initially trying to win against the New Black Panther Party is "very hard" to prosecute and that their evidence was "extremely weak." Though the incident was caught on video, she said no voter has come forward to testify they were dissuaded from casting their ballot. Plus she said the charges against the Justice Department as a whole are not substantiated.

"We have no direct evidence that they actually intimidated anybody, stopped them from voting,"

  7. Here comes the moron with his talking points again, read the above article for a quick refresher to why your blabber is genuinely idiotic.

When there is a case of Voter Intimidation, there has to be Voters who complain about being Intimidated, otherwise its not a case of Voter Intimidation. Dumb idiot.

  8. Just for the record, it's OK for you if the KKK shows up in Nov brandishing weapons as long as no one is "intimidated'?

  9. Yes, yes. We know, we know. Anyone who doesn't agree with your views is illegitimate and is a "dumb idiot"...

hermit is in favor of a one party state in the USA, so much for left wing "tolerance"
