Hi everyone, I'm new here, and I'd like to get some backup on an issue that should be addressed. It has now been a solid year since TD has acquired Thinkorswim, and all they've done is sat on it. The excuse for not allowing new live accounts is that they are optimizing and integrating improvements. You would think that somewhere in that time with all the delays someone would've just said - get the program out there for new accounts and work on the updates later. It really doesn't matter what the improvements are if no one can use it. They're currently estimating that the program will be ready within 1-2 months, which is what I wager they were estimating a year ago. TD needs to get moving now; fire some people - and finally let Canadians open some new live accounts.
