Anyone using tcnet from worden brothers? I like tc2000 and am considering using the realtime version. Any experiences?

Overall, I like it. Here's what you can do with it:

    1. Realtime sorts on a few (very limited) criteria
    2. Multiple charts open at same time
    3. slideshow works on realtime charts.
    4. Datafeed seems to be pretty accurate / reliable.

    Here's what I don't like about it:

    1. No pcfs for realtime calcs.
    2. Takes 3-4 seconds on a DSL line to switch between charts and download info.
    3. When updating and recalculating pcf formulas, delayed data is still used. Seems like it wouldn't be too hard to update with closer to realtime data.
    4. Slide show needs a button on the toolbar or a hotkey to start and stop. It's ridiculous that you have to use the pulldown menu to restart when you've temporarily stopped a slide show.
    5. Given these limitations and the base cost of TC2000, the price seems a bit high.

  3. I use TCNet and eSignal Pro for charting. Love em both! I really like the real-time chat in TCNet.

  4. I love my TCNet for many reasons. It is a great compliment to the rest of the softwares that I use. I'd recommend it highly! :)
