Has anyone used TC2000? Is the software good for historical research and scanning end-of-day data?

Or can anyone recommend a better service?

Dollar for dollar TC2000 is as good as you can get. I am referring to the basic service EOD and not TC Net which I do not need.

  3. I've used TC2000 for years. It is excellent for the price - about $30 a month. I use it for EOD swing trading, primarily scanning to cull the number of stocks deserving a look.

I upgraded to TCNet for awhile, and then dropped back down. If the scans had worked in real-time I might have kept it, but they're no different from TC2000. For the TCNet price there are better intraday charting packages.

  4. i used to use TC2000, too. for its purpose and the price, it's great, imo.
