Heh...here's something hilarious... I wasn't supposed to qualify for any rebate check (salary too high) yet because I only lived in Puerto Rico for a few months in '07, but paid full '06 taxes, Puerto Rico sent me a $1200 check for economic stimulus.

so how exactly is borrowing money from china and also spending our money on china(walmart) suppose to help our economy Come april and we have to pay it back It would make more sense to just burn the check
I'm last on the mailing list so I don't get mine until middle of July. The damn $600 will just cover part of the quarterly tax check I had to send on June 15th.
