Tax Ramifications of Metals Trade

    I was listening to Bob Brinker yesterday and he said that the gumint has changed the tax laws for metals trades. Anyone know if this is for all metal trades (i.e. GLD) or just futures or for everything?

    I think he must of been talking about physical, dealers will have to report transactions to the irs I believe. No more black market metal transactions.
