Tax question on reporting Forex P/L, Interest

    Hi,

    I am newbie to forex trading, I saw my Oanda 2008 summary which shows "Interest" and "Profit/Loss" in two columns. Earlier in the year I opted out of Section 988, how are we supposed to report this "interest" and "profit/loss" ?

    Any help with this will be most appreciated.
