Yes because TurboTax apparently can't handle big numbers because the people who designed it are freaking idiots. Maybe they believe computers cannot handle numbers > 10M? I believe you can upgrade to a much more expensive TurboTax package that will be able to handle it (at least that is what was claimed about 5 years back). I scrapped TurboTax and went with TaxCut because of this.

i use to file with tax cut, but this year i have to do the business also. and can't find tax cut for business.i know from past experience that turbotax is a piece of shit software, but decide to give it a try...nothing changes..worthless crap. i bought top of the line home and business(state included)..no state for business(have to pay extra 50$) and this problem with large numbers...what a crap..how those fuckers even stay in business? almost 8000 employees..and this lame issue with numbers over 10M..fuck you intuit

The IRS offers free E-filing at their web site if you make $57,000 or less a year. So you click the icon and it takes you to the page with the Free File details. Near the bottom of the page it says, "Made more than $57,000 in 2009? You can also file your taxes online through e-file." So you click that icon and it takes you back to the original page with the Free File details. A loop! The IRS si so much fun!
